- Know how to identify the likely best prospects for sponsorship and where to find them; know how to manage prospects for the short and the long-term.
- Implement the practical steps involved in trying to secure sponsorship from creating support materials to making an approach and managing all points of contact, including the follow-up.
- Manage the sponsor relationship to help guide it towards the likelihood of a longer-term partnership.
