The 2026 program welcomes 10 arts, culture, and heritage organizations from across the province.
artsvest Regional in Alberta can help to grow your organization’s sponsorship capacity, receive personalized mentorship, and in-depth training across a wide variety of skills and topics. Combined with matching fund incentives of up to $3,750 for new sponsorship dollars raised, the regional program equips organizations with tools to attract and retain private sector partners, enabling them to grow and thrive.
Application Process
Applying to artsvest Regional will also register you for artsvest National; a free, virtual, and accessible training program that focuses on building the capacity of cultural organizations across Canada.
To apply for artsvest Regional, interested organizations will need to complete an online application that will be assessed by the review committee on the following criteria:
- Your organization’s need for and commitment to artsvest training.
- Your organization’s commitment to serving rural, remote, and/or under-resourced communities.
2026 Applications are open from February 17, 2026 to March 12, 2026

Since its launch in 2011, the Alberta program has engaged 371 organizations, delivered 6,469 hours of training, and raised $3.75M from local businesses. With matching funds, this has brought $4.9M directly to arts organizations across the province.

artsvest is Business / Arts’ signature mentorship and training program, with a strong history and demonstrated success in building the capacity of Canada’s cultural sector.
artsvest Regional is a smaller, more focused program, available in areas where artsvest has secured regional investment. Offered in addition to the national artsvest program, artsvest Regional aims to grow the capacity of participating organizations in the area of sponsorship through comprehensive sponsorship training, expert mentorship, and a matching funds incentive. Applying to artsvest Regional will also register you for artsvest National.
