Join us on Wednesday, October 28, for the next edition of the Speaker Series!

What happens when a longstanding arts leader moves on from their organization, and how can we make leadership transitions more thoughtful and sustainable? In this edition of our Speaker Series, we’ll explore how arts, culture and heritage organizations can approach leadership succession strategically.

The session will explore what effective leadership looks like today and how organizations can attract and recognize future leaders. Together, we’ll discuss how organizations can prepare, adapt and strengthen themselves during these inevitable shifts without losing momentum.

Speakers

• Carole Beaulieu, Principal, The Osborne Group
• Jeff Erbach, Executive Director, Saskatchewan Craft Council
• Aubrey Reeves (Moderator), President & CEO, Business / Arts
