Michael Kaiser – One Year Later
Join us for a check-in with arts management expert Michael Kaiser
Following our successful sold-out event in 2019, Michael Kaiser is back to update us on his experience working in Canada’s arts environment for the first time.
Using his concept, “the cycle”, which he believes powers success in arts organizations, Kaiser will share his views on strategic planning.
He will be joined by Canadian Stage’s Artistic Director Brendan Healy and Executive Director Monica Esteves for a moderated panel discussion about their experience with the cycle, having completed a four-year strategic plan for Canadian Stage.
Kaiser will also address what he learned about the arts climate in Canada versus his experiences in the U.S. and the U.K.
