43rd Annual Business / Arts Awards Celebration

The annual Business / Arts Awards recognize innovative partnerships between business and the arts, and spotlight exceptional volunteers, leaders and organizations who have made a significant contribution to the arts in Canada. We invite you to join us for an evening of celebration on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, to recognize the Power in Partnership. With a community of business and arts leaders across Canada dedicating tremendous amounts of time, talent and treasure to the arts, we are proud to recognize their efforts and share their stories in hopes of inspiring others.


Join us for a black-tie affair, celebrating lasting partnerships and exceptional service to the arts!

Event Details

Date: Wednesday, September 28, 2022
Time: Cocktail and Welcome to begin at 5:30 p.m ET, followed by the Awards Ceremony and Dinner
Location: Artscape Wychwood Barns, 601 Christie St, Toronto, ON M6G 4C7


Table Options

Individual Ticket: $1,500

  • An invitation to attend the Awards cocktail reception
  • A seat at a table during the Awards ceremony and dinner
  • Donor recognition on the Business / Arts website
  • Charitable tax receipt for the maximum allowable amount

Corporate Table: $15,000

  • Invitations for eight guests to attend the Awards cocktail reception
  • A table for eight guests to attend the Awards ceremony and dinner
  • A quarter page congratulatory message or advertisement in the evening’s program booklet
  • Logo recognition in the evening’s program booklet and across Business / Arts’ digital platforms, including the 2022 Awards Celebration webpage, the homepage takeover of the B/A website from September 25-30, and communications related to the 2022 Awards Celebration, including email announcements and social media posts
  • In addition to the benefits listed above, you will also receive a 2022 Business / Arts Corporate Membership (valued at $6,500). Membership includes:
    • Invitation to all B/A members’ events with access to our exclusive network of arts, business
      and government stakeholders
    • Support for the latest in national research and be the first to get the findings and results
    • Member communications of current topics and trends within the arts and business sector

2022 Peter Herrndorf Arts Leadership Award 

Celebrating 31 years with the Royal Conservatory (RCM), Dr. Peter Simon has overseen a series of dynamic enhancements to programs and facilities, which have resulted in a dramatic increase in participation, revenues, and student support.

John-Michael Erlendson

2022 Arnold Edinborough Award 

In his volunteer role as General Manager and President of SING! The Toronto International Vocal Arts Festival, John-Michael is dedicated to providing world-class arts, powerful arts education, and life-changing experiences to a range of audiences.
