Overview
artsvest mentors are a volunteer community of arts and business leaders who provide support, guidance, and training to small to mid-sized arts and culture organizations through a combination of webinars, facilitated peer networking, and individual mentoring sessions. artsvest mentors receive an honorarium for webinars and presentations delivered throughout the program.
In 2023, the national mentorship program is expanding its core curriculum of corporate sponsorship, board governance, and marketing to include additional priority competency areas of organizational development, fund development and financial sustainability, strategic planning, adaptive changemaking, community engagement and equity, diversity and inclusion. Along with the national training program, mentors also help deliver more focused training through artsvest Regional.
