This session featured Karran Sahadeo, Business / Arts’ creative director, and Jason Maghanoy, head of business development at St. Joseph Communications Media, for a conversation on the evolution of marketing and engagement strategies over the past year.


Using examples from Toronto Life and Business / Arts, Jason and Karran provided a peek into the thought process that led to the successful digital transformations of the products and programs their organizations offer. They also chatted about why arts organizations need to expand their reach and what this investment in change might look like 5 years from now.
