Accommodations
Guests are encouraged to book their hotel stay as soon as possible. We recommend staying at Banff Centre for convenience and enjoyment. Be sure to include breakfast when booking your hotel room, while lunch and dinner are already included in your summit registration fee. The block on hotel rooms will be released after March 30, 2020.
We are pleased to offer all Summit attendees the preferred group rate of $222.14/night (includes room, breakfast, and all fees/taxes).
Note: If you would like to stay at Banff Centre before April 16th or after April 18th, reservations need to be made over the phone, otherwise, reservations can be made online. Banff Centre Reservations can be reached at 1-800-884-7574
Travel
Guests are responsible for booking their own travel and any associated costs. Guests are encouraged to book their travel arrangements as soon as possible and to plan for inclement weather.
Note: You will have to either drive or take a shuttle bus to/from the Calgary, AB airport (YYC) to Banff Centre (details are in welcome package).

Arriving by Car
Banff Centre is a 90-minute drive west of Calgary along the Trans-Canada highway. The route is well signed. For more information on getting to Banff Centre by private vehicle, click here.
When you enter Banff National Park, please be aware that there are park fees at the gate. The rate is $9.80 per day for an individual and $19.60 per day when there are two or more passengers in a vehicle. Please see Parks Canada’s website for additional information.
When you arrive at Banff Centre, please park in a designated long term parking area.
Arriving by Shuttle

The shuttle will drop you off in front of the Professional Development Centre (PDC).
Delegate Materials
Delegate packages for all registered attendees will be available online a week before the Summit. Please be sure to include a current email address when registering for the conference, as an email will be sent to registered participants with a link to the online delegate package.
