In this session moderated by Reema Fuller, Senior Director of artsvest at Business / Arts, we heard from organizations that champion creative projects in rural communities. Speakers considered the opportunities and challenges involved in developing and sustaining rural arts initiatives, and shared their insights on creative placemaking and the role of the arts in community development. They offered practical advice on building successful community partnerships, and shared examples of innovative rural arts initiatives in action.
