Dans le cadre d&#8217;un sondage al\u00e9atoire effectu\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de 500 travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s et 508 entreprises de l\u2019Ontario, l&#8217;\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019une sc\u00e8ne culturelle et artistique dynamique peut permettre aux communaut\u00e9s d\u2019attirer et de conserver leurs employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9taill\u00e9s montrent que bien que 65 pour cent des entreprises et des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s admettent qu\u2019une sc\u00e8ne culturelle et artistique dynamique est un moteur d\u00e9terminant lorsqu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;une relocalisation, seulement 25 pour cent des entreprises font une contribution financi\u00e8re annuelle \u00e0 des organisations artistiques et\/ou culturelles dans leur communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u2019autres r\u00e9sultats importants incluent :<\/h3>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats recueillis aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"def-ul\">\n<li>32 pour cent des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s interrog\u00e9es sont des donateurs, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, des abonn\u00e9s r\u00e9guliers d\u2019une organisation artistique et\/ou culturelle dans leur communaut\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 des participants affirme qu\u2019une communaut\u00e9 culturelle et artistique saine et dynamique a influenc\u00e9 leur choix lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9cider dans quelle ville ils pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient travailler.<\/li>\n<li>Les travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s affirment s\u2019engager de fa\u00e7on significative et b\u00e9n\u00e9volement dans leur communaut\u00e9.
