Cette initiative de r\u00e9seautage est con\u00e7ue pour encourager et outiller la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de hauts dirigeants dans les secteurs des arts, de la culture et du patrimoine au Canada.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Sommaire du programme et principales composantes<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour les personnes souhaitant occuper un r\u00f4le de direction au sein d\u2019organismes artistiques, culturels ou patrimoniaux d\u2019envergure, ce programme vise \u00e0 offrir des occasions de croissance professionnelle et \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des liens entre les participant.e.s et des leaders \u00e9tablis \u00e0 la t\u00eate de grands organismes culturels canadiens.<\/p>\n<p>Entre avril 2026 et mai 2027, ce programme d\u2019un an accueillera 10 leaders artistiques de partout au Canada dans un parcours de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #4077a6;\"><strong>Participation au Sommet canadien des arts 2026 :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La cohorte d\u00e9butera lors du Sommet canadien des arts 2026, qui se tiendra du 9 au 11 avril au Centre des arts de Banff. Les participant.e.s auront l\u2019occasion de rencontrer leurs mentor.e.s, de prendre part \u00e0 la programmation du Sommet et de b\u00e2tir des r\u00e9seaux significatifs au sein de la communaut\u00e9 artistique.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #4077a6;\"><strong>Mentorat aupr\u00e8s des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du Sommet : <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les participant.e.s seront jumel\u00e9.e.s \u00e0 un.e mentor.e de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du Sommet canadien des arts pour des s\u00e9ances de mentorat mensuelles. Ces mentors, qui sont des dirigeants d&#8217;organismes culturels de premier plan, fourniront des conseils, des id\u00e9es et un soutien pr\u00e9cieux adapt\u00e9s aux objectifs professionnels des participants.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #4077a6;\"><strong>S\u00e9ances de partage des connaissances :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tout au long de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, les participants participeront \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions trimestrielles entre pairs. Au cours de sa carri\u00e8re, elle a occup\u00e9 des postes cl\u00e9s \u00e0 la <em>McIntosh Gallery<\/em> de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Western, chez<em> Partners in Art<\/em>, <em>Forest City Gallery<\/em>, D<em>NA Gallery &amp; Bookshop,<\/em> le <em>Dundas Street Festival<\/em> et le <em>London Fringe Festival<\/em>. Elle a r\u00e9cemment confirm\u00e9 un don historique de 5 millions $ au fonds de dotation et dirig\u00e9 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements-b\u00e9n\u00e9fices g\u00e9n\u00e9rant plus de 700 000 $ par ann\u00e9e, ainsi qu\u2019une campagne innovante ayant amass\u00e9 600 000 $ en six semaines.<\/p>\n<p>Reconnue parmi les <em>Top 50 Women Leaders of Montreal 2024<\/em>, Catherine \u0153uvre \u00e0 b\u00e2tir une philanthropie inclusive et repr\u00e9sentative. Elle collabore \u00e9troitement avec la direction sur les op\u00e9rations quotidiennes et les objectifs de revenus, tout en jouant un r\u00f4le actif dans la collecte et la gestion des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Kareen se distingue par la culture qu\u2019elle a instaur\u00e9e au sein de son \u00e9quipe. Reconnue pour son mentorat et son investissement sinc\u00e8re dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ses collaborateurs, elle a cultiv\u00e9 un environnement stable, performant et collaboratif \u2014 un milieu que son personnel est peu enclin \u00e0 quitter.
