Anticipated to be completed in 2025, this merger aims to create a unified organization to advance the arts in Ottawa by streamlining services and pooling expertise and resources. We’ll cover the rationale behind the merger, the steps taken, the challenges faced, the innovative organizational model being adopted, and the importance of board and community engagement.
