artsvest Regional returns to Ontario, offering matching funds for new sponsorships!

Apply by April 24, 2025

Through in-depth training, individualized mentorship, and peer-to-peer sessions, artsvest Regional aims to build capacity in the area of sponsorship for small and mid-sized arts, culture, and heritage organizations. Combined with matching funds of up to $4,000 for new sponsorship dollars raised, the regional program equips ON organizations with tools to attract and retain corporate partners.

“We are incredibly appreciative to have been involved in the program. The information, mentorship, and matching funds secured will help us for years to come. We are proud that this year we will have names on our sponsorship page that I never thought I would see. We leveraged the training and the information and resources provided to us by our mentor to secure new sponsors, which in turn also supported our tourism sector and our community. It’s a win-win!”

The 2025 program will welcome 15 organizations, prioritizing small arts and culture organizations serving equity-seeking and/or rural communities. Specifically, the focus will be on organizations that are BIPOC-led or serving, operate in rural and remote communities, or are located in northern regions of Ontario. To be eligible, organizations must have an operating budget of under $1.5 million or fewer than five employees, and they must be located outside of the city of Toronto. Returning participation is permitted, with priority given to new organizations.

Please note that organizations must first enrol in artsvest National. While both programs run concurrently, the Regional program offers more focused training and matching funds as an additional component.

Interested organizations are invited to submit their applications until April 24, 2025.
